Yes. Um, so the stuff about the submarine was true... and we were being attacked. I actually have an ability back home that made me pretty essential to traveling in it.

Basically, if I'm dead, even if they survived whatever attack killed me, they're not going to last very long... and if my Master dies, that's not good for the rest of the world...
